Graham Fire Protection's 2024 Highlights!

A Year of Keeping Scotland Safe: Graham Fire Protection's 2024 Highlights!

As the year draws to a close and the festive season approaches, we at Graham Fire Protection are taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've had in 2024. It's been a year filled with stunning scenery, diverse projects, and a commitment to keeping businesses and communities across Scotland safe.

Protecting Businesses Big and Small

This year has seen us partner with a fantastic range of businesses, from bustling city centre offices to tranquil countryside escapes, ensuring they meet the highest fire safety standards. Here are a few highlights:

➤ We undertook essential remedial fire safety works at Air Service Training in Perth, ensuring their state-of-the-art facility and vital training operations have the highest level of protection.

➤ We extended our services to the leisure sector, completing a comprehensive fire safety project at a popular campsite and caravan park, providing peace of mind for holidaymakers and staff alike.

➤ Our team visited Glen Shee Ski Centre to ensure their fire safety equipment is in top shape for the ski season, keeping skiers and snowboarders safe on and off the slopes.

➤ We ensured that delicious desserts are served with a side of safety! Our team installed fire extinguishers at Heavenly Desserts Dundee, protecting both staff and sweet-toothed customers.

➤ We ventured to a charming cottage and house nestled in the scenic Glen Shee, fitting them with fire extinguishers and fire blankets to provide an extra layer of protection and peace of mind to these beautiful homes.

These diverse projects demonstrate our commitment to providing tailored fire safety solutions for businesses of all sizes and across various sectors. We're proud to play a vital role in protecting businesses and their communities across Scotland.

Championing Local Sports

We believe in supporting our local community, and this year we were thrilled to extend that support to the sports field, fostering local talent and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. We continued our proud sponsorship of Logan Fraser Adam from Aberdour Shinty Club for the second year running and sponsored Fraser Matthews from Broughty Athletic Football Club.

In addition to individual athletes, we also continued our sponsorship of the Junior Tour Scotland for another year. This exciting tournament provides young golfers with valuable competitive experience and helps develop the next generation of Scottish golfing talent.

Supporting Our Community

This year saw us lacing up our boots (and some rather funky socks!) for some fantastic causes:

Rocking Our Socks for Down's Syndrome Awareness

We proudly participated in the Lots of Socks campaign, rocking our most eye-catching, odd socks to work to celebrate the individuality of every person with Down's Syndrome and help raise awareness for Down's Syndrome Scotland.

Kiltwalk for Prostate Scotland

Some of our team also took on the Kiltwalk challenge, donning their kilts and trekking miles to raise vital funds for Prostate Scotland.

Longest Day Golf Challenge

We cheered on Fraser Matthews, one of our skilled service engineers, as he took on the Longest Day Golf Challenge, playing 100 holes in a single day to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Fraser's dedication and incredible effort are an inspiration to us all!

We're committed to making a positive impact beyond fire safety and are always looking for ways to support our community. It's been a year of stepping up, giving back, and making a difference, and we're excited to continue this journey in the years to come.

Our Scenic Adventures

Our trusty vans have certainly seen some of Scotland's most iconic landscapes this year! We've visited the bustling cities of Scotland, braved the heights of Glen Shee, and even ventured to the very north to the city of Inverness. While ensuring fire safety is always our priority, we can't help but appreciate the stunning scenery that surrounds us as we work.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we wrap up another year, we're filled with gratitude for our amazing team, our loyal clients, and the beautiful country we call home. We're excited to continue our mission of protecting businesses and communities across Scotland in 2025 and beyond.

Thank you for being a part of our journey!
