Signing up new customers when the enquiry has come from existing customers. My father always drummed into us, 'good service breeds good sales'!
Worst Thing About Job:
Not so much now but in the beginning, building the company up it was not unusual to be travelling 200 - 300 miles a day, 7 days a week. Listening to Lee's jokes on a daily basis.
Funny Story / Interesting Fact:
I was a professional golfer when I was younger before joining the Black Watch for a few years.
Hobbies:
Playing & watching golf. Supporting the mighty Aberdeen and Manchester United and spending time with my wife June & our three boys.
